Fun Valentines Session! {Brighton Michigan Children's Photographer}

On Saturday I was lucky enough to shoot my friend D'Anna's twins, Drake & Skyler.  They're some of my favorite kiddos...always well behaved and SO thoughtful and caring.  They're a great example of children reflecting the traits of the parents...anyway, here are a few from their session and the full session can be found here: Drake & Skyler's Valentines Session

Half-way there {Brighton Michigan maternity photographer}

Christy is a good friend of mine from High School.  She even accompanied me on a trip to Myrtle Beach our Freshman year.  Even though we lost touch in college, we were able to reconnect online, and now she's expecting her second baby, and is half-way there!

While she was in town visiting her mom, we thought we'd get together to snap a few pictures...the best part was being able to meet her son, Jackson, for the first time 'in real life'.  What a personality!  And so cute!

There's Something About Mary {Brighton Michigan baby photographer}

No, this post isn't about the Farrelly brothers movie.  It's to share photos of my friend Jennie's littlest one, Mary.  Such a sweet, sweet baby.  It looks like her hair is going to be strawberry blond, and her eyes are captivating!

LOOK at these cheeks!  I also LOVE baby feet! The dress that she's wearing is an heirloom Baptismal gown that's been in the family for over 80 years!

Jordyn's Valentine Session! {Brighton Michigan Children's Photographer}

Can you tell that I think Dan & Gena's kids are SO adorable?  I'm not trying to play favorites, but it's so fun to take pictures of them.

I think this time, Jordyn reminded me SO much of Shirley Temple with her curls and her spunky personality.

My sweet, sweet baby & toddler {Michigan infant and children's photographer}

I took these pics a little while ago and forgot to share them!  Oops!

These are my two earth angels...Nicholas has the dark hair and Christopher is the little one (well, figuratively speaking - he's almost as big as his big brother!)

This was before I cut Nicholas' hair - gave him a 'big boy' haircut...now if I could just get the nerve to cut Christopher's....

Casting call...newborns models !!! {Michigan newborn photographer}

From time-to-time there are specific ideas and poses I’d like to capture, so I’m putting out a casting call for newborn models!

I'm looking for babies 2 weeks old and under.

Casting call models are required to sign a model release and will receive a complimentary session and one digital file (regular pricing applies for the purchase of additional items) or 8x10 print of their choice.

When shooting newborns, it’s best for me to have contact with the parents before the babe is born so I can make sure to leave room in my schedule.
